Key Responsibilities:
- Specialize in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing electromechanical systems, particularly in the fields of electric heating resistance and three-phase wiring.
- Repair and diagnose electro-mechanical issues in Fiero's production facility.
- Work with customers to diagnose problems, both remotely and in person.
- Deliver exceptional service and support during on-site assignments.
- Accurately produce and manage detailed service reports whether providing remote or on-site service.
- Safely operate and manage field-based activities, adhering strictly to company protocols.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems, with a focus on electric heating resistance and three-phase wiring.
- Proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Service Technician.
- Flexibility in work hours and willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
