The Opportunity
As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll have the chance to:

What You'll Do
- Establish an optimal warehouse layout and workflow
- Implement and manage an inventory control system
- Develop and document standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Analyze operations data to drive efficiency improvements
- Manage and mentor warehouse staff
- Handle administrative tasks and reporting
- Get your hands dirty when/where necessary
- Manage operation & maintenance of forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse equipment
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Proven track record of implementing processes and driving efficiency
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software/data recording systems
- Knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety regulations
- Forklift-certified (or willing to learn)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
