The Opportunity

As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll have the chance to:

What You'll Do

  • Establish an optimal warehouse layout and workflow
  • Implement and manage an inventory control system
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
  • Analyze operations data to drive efficiency improvements
  • Manage and mentor warehouse staff
  • Handle administrative tasks and reporting
  • Get your hands dirty when/where necessary
  • Manage operation & maintenance of forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse equipment

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
  • Proven track record of implementing processes and driving efficiency
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with inventory management software/data recording systems
  • Knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety regulations
  • Forklift-certified (or willing to learn)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
