Position: Executive Assistant at Fiero Group
Job Overview:
Fiero Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in the field of commercial and residential cooking equipment, is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant. This role is a unique opportunity for a driven individual who aspires to grow within the organization and play a significant part in its ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing directions and handling inquiries with professionalism.
• Manage communication effectively, including answering phones, taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
• Support executive tasks such as material orders, bookkeeping, accounts payable processing, and providing administrative and clerical assistance.
• Engage in data entry, filing, and the creation of graphic organizers and checklists to streamline processes.
• Lead or assist in the development of 'how-to guides' and support the employee evaluation program.
• Draft and distribute employee memorandums and other important documents.
Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience as a receptionist or executive assistant is preferred.
• A proactive attitude with an eagerness to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills.
