Position Overview: The Appliance Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and quality of our products through expert repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot issues with our wood, gas, and electric ovens and related appliances, ensuring high-quality workmanship and reliability.
  • Manage the service call phone line, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling repairs, and offering technical support.
  • Document service calls, repairs, and feedback to contribute to continuous product improvement.
  • Work closely with manufacturing to relay customer feedback and technical issues, helping to improve product design and functionality.
  • Liaise with customers and third-party partners to ensure a seamless service experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and best practices in appliance repair and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Appliance Service Technician, with a strong foundation in appliance repair, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Basic knowledge of wood/gas/electric ovens or similar appliances is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
